PERC电池结构在背面沉积介质膜钝化层AlOx/SiNx，此结构可提高电池光电转换效率。
PERC Cell contains AlOx/SiNx dielectric layer on rear side, this structure can improve photoelectric conversion efficiency of solar cell.
降低背表面复合速率，提升开路电压；
Reduce rear surface recombination velocity, improve open circuit voltage;
增强背表面长波光反射效应，提升短路电流。
Increase lignt reflection with long wavelength, improve short circuit current.
